We keep weddings simple around here.
Trust Love is designed to give you a beautiful, intimate wedding experience without the stress and complexity of a traditional wedding. A few simple guidelines help us protect your time, our space, and every couple celebrating after you.
Here's what you need to know before your wedding day:
Your ceremony date is not reserved until Trust Love has confirmed availability, your agreement has been completed, and your reservation fee has been received.

RESERVATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and secure your ceremony date and time.
​
Your remaining ceremony balance is due 7 days before your wedding day. If you book within 7 days of your ceremony, the full ceremony price and reservation fee are due when your reservation is confirmed.
​
NO completed payment means NO CEREMONY. We want your wedding day focused on love-not invoices-so all required payments must be completed before your ceremony.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Plans change. We understand. Here's how changes to your ceremony are handled:

*Rescheduling 48+ hours Before your ceremony: You may reschedule your ceremony one time, subject to availability, without an additional rescheduling fee.
​
*Rescheduling Within 48 hours: Your original reservation fee remains non-refundable. You may reschedule one time by paying 50% of the reservation fee for your package to secure your new date and time.
​
*Changing a rescheduled ceremony Again: Any additional date change is treated as a new reservation and requires the full current reservation fee. Current package pricing will apply.
​
*Cancellation 48+ hours Before your ceremony: Your reservation fee remains non-refundable, but any remaining Ceremony Balance paid WILL be refunded.
​
*Cancellation Within 48hours: Your reservation fee remains non-refundable, and Trust Love retains 50% of th remaining ceremony balance paid.
​
*SAME DAY CANCELLATION or NO-SHOW: ALL amounts paid are non-refundable.

GUESTS & OUR SPACE
*Your guest limit is based on the ceremony package you select. Everyone (including children) attending your ceremony counts toward that limit unless Trust Love has approved otherwise in advance.
​
*Children are welcome and Must remain Supervised by a Responsible Adult Throughout your visit.
​
*Outside food and beverages are NOT permitted Unless approved by Trust Love in advance.
​
*Personal flowers are welcome. You may bring your own bouquet and/or boutonniere. Other decorations must be approved by Trust Love before your ceremony. Please leave the glitter, confetti and rice-like items at home.
We promise love sparkles enough on it's own.
​
*Outside vendors, Including photographers, must be approved by Trust Love in advance.
​
*The person who makes the reservation is responsible for making sure their guests and approved vendors understand and follow Trust Love's guidelines.
ARRIVAL & CEREMONY TIME
*Please arrive at the time provided in your ceremony instructions. Trust Love schedules each couple intentionally so your moment can feel Private, Relaxed and Special.

*Arriving early does not mean the chapel will be available early. Another couple may be enjoying their ceremony when you arrive, so please follow the arrival instructions provided with your reservation.
​
​
*Late arrival prevents your ceremony from being performed within your reserved time, Trust Love's rescheduling
policies may apply.
​
​
*Please respect the end of your reserved time. We LOVE love-but the next couple deserves their moment too.
​
YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE
Your marriage license is your responsibility. You must obtain a valid Indiana marriage license before your ceremony and bring the original license with you on your wedding day.
​
*No valid marriage license means we cannot legally perform your marriage ceremony.
​
*Trust Love will complete the officiant portion following your ceremony and handle the completed license according to the required filing process.
​
*Please DOUBLE-check that you have your original license before leaving home. Rings can be improvised. The legal paperwork cannot.
CELEBRATE WITH LOVE & RESPECT
Trust Love is a place for celebration, joy and respect. We ask every couple and guest to treat our team, our space and one another accordingly.
​
*Disruptive, threatening, aggressive or destructive behavior will not be permitted. Trust Love may require anyone whose behavior creates a safety concern to leave the premises.
​
*Guests who are excessively impaired may be asked to leave. Most importantly, both people getting married must be able to FREELY and meaningfully consent to the marriage. If Trust Love has reason to believe either person cannot do so, the ceremony will not proceed.
​
*The booking party is responsible for damage caused by their guests or approved vendors beyond normal wear and tear.
​
*Come ready to celebrate. Come ready to love. And please help us keep Trust Love beautiful for the couples who come after you.
